In group bookings, cancellations increase the overall cost of the tour for other group members. Therefore, higher cancellation charges apply to offset this cost. If the tour is 100% confirmed and delivered, there will be 100% cancellation charges.
Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the embassy. Exotic Travel Factory acts only as a facilitator for obtaining visas and is not liable for visa rejections or related losses. If your visa is rejected during the cancellation period, cancellation charges will still apply. If you choose to reapply for a visa, additional cancellation charges may also apply.
If you fail to pay the remaining balance for a tour package after multiple reminders, Exotic Travel Factory reserves the right to cancel your booking and recover any outstanding amount from your advance payment.
A processing fee of 5% of the package cost will be charged if you withdraw your booking within five minutes after confirmation of your booking reference. Once the confirmation is provided, regular cancellation charges will apply.
Traveling to certain destinations may involve higher risks, and it is entirely your responsibility to bear the cost and consequences of such travel. Exotic Travel Factory strongly recommends that you consult local authorities and review travel prohibitions, advisories, and warnings before booking international travel. By offering travel packages to specific international destinations, Exotic Travel Factory does not guarantee that travel to such locations is advisable or without risk. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays that may occur due to incorrect documentation for entry, exit, or length of stay.
Exotic Travel Factory, its affiliates, and suppliers will not be held responsible for errors, omissions, or acts by air carriers, hotels, or other suppliers. This includes personal injuries, death, property damage, or other losses. Refunds for cancellations or amendments will be processed within 15-45 days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method or, in some cases, credited to your account for future use within 24 months from the cancellation date.
You may request changes to your itinerary up to one week before your scheduled travel date. However, any changes requested close to the travel date or during the tour are subject to availability. If additional services or activities are requested, you will be required to pay any associated costs at that time.
The immunities provided under these Terms extend to Exotic Travel Factory’s employees, directors, and agents but do not apply to independent contractors selected by the company.
